Gail Barnett grew up in South Carolina, was raised in North Augusta, and, later, moved to the Lexington area.  with a childhood spent outdoors with her family, Gail developed a deep appreciation for the unique beauty and landscapes of South Carolina.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Gail built a successful career in marketing and promotion, working with multiple organizations, including the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.  Her role with South Carolina Wildlife Magazine's wildlife shop allowed her to explore and showcase the most stunning locations across the state.  She uses her creativity and skills to get top dollar for her sellers to make the home stand out above the rest.

Gail's favorite part of being a realtor is helping people find that special place they can call their own.  She is passionate about guiding clients through the home-buying process, providing education and clearly explaining each step.

In her free time, Gail loves spending days with her husband, two daughters, and three dogs, exploring SC and loves watching sunsets.  As an avid nature lover, she appreciates the beauty that South Carolina offers it's residents.
